FBI - Ride Along Information
« on: May 30, 2017, 07:19:14 PM »

What is the ride along program?
The ride along program allows anybody who might be interested into the duties of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, to experience what our Agents do on the field first hand. You will be able to ride with the Agent and experience situations directly.

Any requirements or rules?
Yes. We reserve the right to deny or accept ride along requests as we deem appropriate. Anyone who might be affiliated to a criminal organization, or might have been affiliated to criminal conduct in recent times, will be denied instantly. We will only accept those who we deem safe to be in a ride along with the FBI.

Before the ride along, you will be forced to abandon any weapons you might have with you. You will be frisked. You cannot have any weapons on you during the ride along. You may receive your weapons back when the ride along ends.

During the ride along, you will be seated in the back seat, you will be able to submit questions to the Agents and you will be able to communicate with the Agent freely. However, you may at no point obstruct the Agent from performing his duties. You must always ensure that you do not get in way, in case of obstruction, you can be charged with obstruction of justice.

Do note that, by submitting a ride along application, you agree with the following terms:
  • You will take responsibility for your actions.
  • You may not obstruct Agents from performing their work.
  • You will take responsibility for any injuries you may suffer during the ride along.
  • You will allow Agents to take away your weapons before the ride along, and may receive them back when ride along ends.
  • You will listen to Agent's instructions and obey them or you will be denied the ride along request.
  • Agents may take you on a ride along when they seem appropriate time for one.
  • Agents may end the ride along when they seem appropriate time for one to end.

For SAPD: note that active members of San Andreas Police Department may apply for a ride along, we will appreciate their interest for the duties of FBI and gladly accept their ride along application.
For Applicants: you are also free to request a ride along. It might even be better for you to do so in order to get basic view of what the FBI does on the field and to get to know what to expect in case you get accepted into the FBI.
